Smash Day!!!! (nov 4)

During smash day's activity, although we didn't win the game, it still happy no boring lesson.^^

The activity is build highest tower for 5 peace of A4 papers and tapes, our team ( Tim & Connie)  I forgot how long we made, but it still topple, in this activity, I think be fun is the most important!! ^^ and about tower, I think the bottom might be steady.

Liquid Column

Why did some object sink while some objects floated ? Why did some object float in the middle of the column ?so..... don't watch at Kevin chi, watch the liquid column, there is some pens or... are in the top of liquid, and watch there is an eraser under the liquid.

Now I'm going to answer the questions, that's talk about tension, every liquid have each tension, so some of things will floated and some of things will sink , I have an example, needle can float on water, it's tension. So that's why pen can floated on the liquid.

Is air matter?

What is matter? It's not take care of other one here, in this part means the thing you can touch it, it might be realize, so connect to our topic! Is air matter? Usually, air don't have any mass in your life, you can't feel it or touch it, but I still think air is matter, I have a example, when we blow up balloon, when it was very big, it will break, so it means balloon take a space, and have mass, so when there is lots of air in airtight of balloon, it will break, so I think air has matter, and have mass, but I think there is no volume in air, because everywhere has air, so it can't count if there has volume.
